Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Unsalted butter (melted) – 60 gm (1/3 cup)
Condensed Milk – 150 gm (3/4 cup)
Fresh curd – 75 ml
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
All purpose flour – 80 gm (1/2 cup)
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Take 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter and 3/4 cup condensed milk together and whisk it for 2 minutes. (I used weight scale for proper measurement)
Add 75 ml fresh curd and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well.
Sieve 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder in the batter. Fold in the mixture and pour in the prepared mold.
Preheat the oven on 350°F/ 180°C .Bake the cake on 350°F/ 180°C for 30 minutes. Check with knife.(It should come out clean when pierced in the cake)
